Our legal team verifies the title deed, development rights, and all relevant NOCs from local authorities for the specific project.
Financial Due Diligence
We review project costs, pricing model, ROI projections, and payment structure to ensure financial viability and investor safety.
Compliance Assessment
The project is assessed against REIP's compliance standards, SECP guidelines, and AOP structuring requirements.
Admin Approval & Badge Award
Only projects clearing all four prior stages receive the REIP Verified badge and are published to the investor network.
