After registering as a developer, you can select and apply for a listing package from your dashboard. Our team will contact you to confirm payment via bank transfer or cheque.
Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Featured or Premium at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remaining duration of your current package.
Yes. Registering as an investor on REIP is completely free. Investors only pay when they commit capital to a project — there are no platform fees on investor registrations.
No. All fees are listed on this page. The only additional charges that may apply are transaction-based fees (e.g., share transfer) which are clearly disclosed before any action is confirmed.
Packages do not auto-renew. You will be notified 14 days before your listing expires and can choose to renew or upgrade. Your listing remains visible until the expiry date.
