While REIP conducts multi-stage due diligence on all listed projects, this process does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of all developer-provided information. REIP is not responsible for losses arising from misrepresentation by a developer, even where documents have been reviewed.
5. No Guarantee of Returns
REIP does not guarantee the return of invested capital, the achievement of any projected ROI, or the successful completion of any listed project. The AOP partnership agreement is a legal contract between the investor and developer — REIP is the facilitator, not the guarantor.

The REIP platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. The inclusion of any link does not imply REIP's endorsement.
7. Regulatory Status
REIP operates as an investment facilitation platform and is not registered as a stock exchange, investment company, or financial institution under SECP regulations. All partnership agreements are structured as private, bilateral AOP arrangements between investors and developers.
